Approach
Shade Black combines a wealth of experience in both performing and teaching which belie his relatively young age. His youthful approach to music and especially teaching makes him an ideal person to relate to both the young beginner through to the more mature student.
Performance
It is not unusual for an average week to see him busily apply his talents to engagements as widely varied as directing a major choral society, accompanying a musical at the piano or making somebody’s wedding music really memorable with his superb organ playing.
Variety
All this, in addition to giving a large number of piano, organ, singing, flute and theory lessons. Oh! We mustn’t forget his flute pupils who receive first rate tuition on their chosen instrument from Shade the flautist, who then without hesitation jumps on the piano and accompanies the result of their happy work.

Founder’s Notes
I have not chosen music as my profession – there was no choice! I had to make a career in music, as it is my whole life! My expertise and passion for music is already long established locally, and hundreds of music lovers have benefited from my inspirational playing and coaching in many different spheres.
